Meagan Ward is a powerhouse in the world of fitness, nutrition, and mindset, with nearly three decades of coaching experience across New York, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Southern Oregon. She’s worked with a wide spectrum of clients, from young athletes to seasoned professionals, helping them build strength, gain confidence, and unlock their potential. With a background as a professional boxer and certifications spanning personal training, golf fitness (TPI Level 3), group fitness, youth training, and mindset performance, Meagan brings unmatched depth and diversity to her coaching.
Her own fitness journey reflects a love of challenge and transformation—whether in the boxing ring, on the golf course, at the starting line of a marathon, or taking on 10,000 push-ups in 10 days to raise funds for kids’ wellness. But it was a pivotal mindset shift early in her boxing career, thanks to her work with The Mental Edge author Ken Baum, that became a lifelong foundation. Today, Meagan is a Mental Edge Master Trainer herself, integrating mindset techniques into every client’s experience, because, as she says, “we play how we practice.”
In recent years, Meagan’s passion has turned toward menopause and longevity. After immersing herself in research and advanced education on midlife health, she’s now on a mission to share practical, empowering tools to help others navigate this life stage with strength, clarity, and joy. Her coaching dismantles outdated myths and emphasizes sustainable strategies for building muscle, improving metabolism, managing hormones, and feeling truly good in your body at any age.
At her core, Meagan is as much about heart as she is about hustle. She's a joyful movement-lover, a learner (currently tackling Spanish), a loving wife and bonus mom, and a community advocate who believes no child should miss out on sport or music due to finances. She’s known for bringing dance-floor energy to her workouts and compassion to every conversation.
