A former professional boxer, certified personal trainer, TPI Level 3 Golf Fitness specialist, and Mental Edge Master Trainer, Meagan blends evidence-based training with mindset mastery. Her current mission is focused on helping women (and men) navigate menopause and pursue lifelong vitality, with zero gimmicks and 100% integrity.

Her coaching style is joyful, challenging, and deeply personal. Whether she’s guiding a client through strength training, unlocking performance gains, or helping someone shift their mindset to break through a plateau, Meagan leads with empathy, energy, and expertise. She lives what she teaches (such as completing 10,000 push-ups in 10 days to raise money for kids in her community) and brings that same vibrant, can-do spirit to every session.

She lives in Southern Oregon with her sexy husband and 2 incredible stepdudes.
